Learn how to create a birth plan! Developing a birth plan helps ensure you know your choices about your delivery experience and your voice is heard by your medical team. Throughout the course of the workshops various topics will be covered including methods of delivery, laboring positions, pain management and comfort measures, knowing when to go to the hospital, choosing a provider for your newborn, and what to do after delivery.
