Free Poetry Workshop

Join us for a free poetry workshop each month, alternating on Zoom and in-person at the Carbondale Public Library. Bring a poem (one-page limit) and 8 copies to share for critique. Sponsored by the Southern Chapter of the Illinois State Poetry Society and Carbondale Public Library.

Do you enjoy or want to learn needlework? Join the Southern Illinois Stitchers! SI Stitchers is a local chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America, Inc., an organization that supports and promotes Embroidery, Crewel, Cross-stitch, Needlepoint, Hand Quilting, Beading, and other Needle Arts. We gather monthly to stitch, learn new techniques, and enjoy the company and support of other needle artists. All skill levels are welcome!
